Active Adventures – Kayaking adventure and a group biking excursion.

Restorative Practices – Daily movement practice and one dedicated massage OR energy work session.

Community Connection – Necessary pre- and post-event calls. Retreat closing with a beach bonfire (weather permitting).

Stress-Free Transport: Shared shuttle service from San José (SJO), Costa Rica at a designated pick-up time.
