4 ripe bananas freshly picked from the lush back yard
4 Cups chopped starfruit just fallen from the tree
Juice of 2 limes hanging lazily over the patio
4 Cups water
3.5 Cups sugar
Chop up the starfruit and boil with water for 15 minutes or until soft. Mash up the bananas and add to the mixture along with the sugar and lime juice. Continue boiling and stirring off and on until desired thickness, about an hour. Put in jars and serve in the morning with fresh homemade bread from Moreno, the Swiss guy down the road.
